Project description:
Preparation and delivery of a customized set of seminars for entrepreneurship related themes to the project managers of the technology transfer and business incubation centres (train-the-trainer concept).
Role of INI-Novation: Concept development for training sessions and exercises; Co-ordination with trainers; Seminar implementation.
Services provided by INI-Novation:
Design of seminar containing themes in the field of:
- Process for technology commercialization and spin-off establishment;
- Financing mechanisms;
- Marketing and market analysis;
- Development of a investors-capable business plans;
- How to talk to investors.
During the training sessions different practical case studies and success stories were elaborated in small working groups and the results were jointly discussed.

Results: Delivery of several train-the-trainer entrepreneurship qualification seminars, which were highly appreciated and recognized by the participants.
